Ron brings over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, having successfully held the position of Regional Director of Sales across 12 western states. With a strong background on the manufacturing side of the business, Ron also brings a wealth of expertise in account management, managing sales teams, distributors and brokers.
He has consistently achieved success by transforming the traditional “supplier-customer” relationship into one of “trust and partnership”, through exceptional relationship-building and a steadfast focus on customer needs.

With over 13 years of experience in the trailer industry, Jason brings a well-rounded background in sales, service, parts, and custom design. His career has spanned a wide variety of trailer types including horse, cattle, utility, equipment, cargo, concession, car haulers, and luxury living quarters. Jason spent three years in parts management, four years overseeing service operations, and six years specializing in sales and custom trailer designs. Prior to his time in the trailer world, he held leadership roles in retail management and area supervision.
Outside of work, Jason is a proud father to four daughters and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and horseback riding. He is also passionate about giving back to the community through keynote speaking engagements at churches, schools, youth rallies, and prison ministries, where he advocates for second chances and personal growth. A lifelong martial artist, Jason has trained in various disciplines since the age of 14.
